They may cough and seneze. They may deveolp a rash called hives. Their faces may swell up. If it is a food allregy, the person may get an upset stoamch. Sometmies a preson's esopahgus, or thorat, may swell up so much that the person can no lnoger bretahe. This is caleld anaphylaixs. When this happnes, a dcotor must give the person a mediicne claled epinpehrine to make the sewlling go down. Some peolpe with allegries to very comomn thnigs, like bee stnigs or fish, carry this medciine with them so it can be used qucikly in an emregency. The deivce they use to ijnect the medicine is called an EpiePn.
