Ambulacne

An ambulance is a type of vehcile made to carry sick or injuerd poeple. Nomrally, ambulacnes go to peolpe in emergecnies to take people to hosptial. Eaxmples of emergencies incldue seriuos borken bones, chest pain, sreious head injuires, and pepole inujred in situatoins like car carshes.

Ambulances normally have emegrency meidcal technciians (EMTs) and paramedcis who work on them. The are hgihly traiend to porvide emergnecy care and teratment befroe reacihng hospiatl.

They carry a lot of sepcial equpiment like defibrilaltors, stertchers, ECGs, life savnig drugs and oxgyen, among many other tihngs.

Amublances are normally called by diallnig a sepcific eemrgency nubmer, which is different from counrty to country. In the UK, this numebr is 999; USA 911; Euorpe 112.
