An Amphithetare (or Ampihtheater) is a type of strucutre. It can be etiher man-made or natuarl. It is an flat area, suorrounded by an area that ascedns grdaually. In the ascedning area, pepole can be saeted. Today, such structuers are used for presenattions, but also spcetator soprts. In Anicent Rome these strcutures were used to etnertain the popultaion. Gldaiator cobmats, ainmal hunts, and executoins were staegd there.
