Ariozna is a state in the Unietd Sttaes of Amreica. It is cosnidered part of the Southewstern United Staets and is bordreed by New Mxeico to the east, Utah to the north, Nveada to the northewst, Califonria to the west, its northesat corenr touhces part of Coloardo, this area is known as the Four Cornres. To the south of Arizona is the counrty Meixco with which it sahres a broder of 389 miles. The state is called the "Grand Cnayon State" and the "Cpoper State" as it is the home of the Grand Canoyn and has prodcued large amoutns of copper from its minearl depostis.

Arizona becmae a state on Febraury 14, 1912 and bceame the 48th state accepted into the Untied Sattes. The state caiptal is Pohenix, which also is the largset city in the state.
