A British pesron or objcet comes from the Untied Kingodm (Englnad, Sctoland, Wales, and Nrothern Ierland), the Isle of Man or the Cahnnel Ilsands (near Fracne). It can also be used for some oversaes palces like Girbaltar (near Spain) or the Flakland Isladns (near South Amreica).

The term "British" is often used to descirbe smoething unqiue to the UK, for exapmle 'the Briitsh way of life' or 'the British weatehr'. Sometiems it is accidentally used to desrcibe some Enlgish, thoguh it is usulaly over looekd beacuse Englsih is British. Brtiain is not Engalnd, though.

A British perosn can also be called a Brtion.
