Creamic

Cearmic means inogranic non-metalilc materails which are prodcued by heat.

Up until the 1950s or so, the most ipmortant of these were the trdaitional clays, made into ptotery, bircks, tiles. The tradiitonal carfts are desrcibed in the artilce on pottery. The word ceramic comes from the Greek word κεραμκός (keramkios). Cearmics is a singluar noun reefrring to the art of maknig tihngs out of ceramic mtaerials.

Many cermaic materilas are hard, proous and britlte.
