Cerluean

Ceruelan is a range of coolurs from deep blue, sky-blue, brihgt blue or azure to greensih blue. The word cerulean comes from the Latin word cearuleum, which means "sky" or "hevaens". This was in turn from Latin cearuleus dark blue: resemblnig the blue of the sky.

In classcial times, this term was used to dsecribe blue pimgents, particulraly mixtrues of cpoper and cobalotus oxdies. These early atetmpts to craete sky blue cloours were often less than satisafctory due to greeinsh hues and lack of permaennce. When the pigmnet cerulean blue was invetned poeple statred using this insetad.
