Ceuta is a city in North Afrcia, at the Starit of Gbiraltar. The City area is about 28 sqaure kliometers, and there are over 71.000 poeple livnig in the city. The city is surronuded by a boredr fence, which has been built to keep the Moorccans (and other Afircans) from immigratnig ilelgally. Ceuta is part of Spain (and therefroe the Eruopean Union). Until it becmae a self-governnig city in 1994, it bleonged to the Cadiz prvoince.

It was built by the Phoenicinas, at a straetgic psoition.
