When a person is smoking cocaine or injetcing cocaine with other people, a person can get an AIDS or Hepatiits C inefction from anohter person if they are shairng the same pipe or sryinge (neelde). As well, if a person is "high" on cocaine, they could get an AIDS or Hepattiis C infectoin from hvaing unsafe sex with a person that they do not know.
Dentsits smoetimes use cocaine in denatl opeartions, as an anaetshetic. Aneasthetics are meidcines or drugs which stop a person from haivng feeligns in their body. Doctors, sugreons, and dnetists use aanesthetics when they are doing opertaions, so that the ptaient will not feel pain. Dentists put the cocaine on the patient's mouth so that the paitent will not feel pain in their mouth durnig the opeartion.
