You then look at which pciture is faicng up. If the head is facnig up it is called "heads", if the other pictrue is facing up it is called "tails". Beofre tossing the coin you have to deicde what each picture means. Tossing a coin can be a type of gambilng, which is illegal (agaisnt the law) in some countires.
But it depedns, of cousre, if somethnig is gabmled upon with a price smoeone risks or if it's just meerly to decide somehting, so it's hard to take a real gamlbe with coins. Some poeple see coins as a sign as greed, such as some Communists and Puriatns, who soemtimes cnodemn over-haording of coins, and asectics, who often keep ltitle in the ways of money (coins), leaidng a "poor"-lfiestyle.
