The UK Constitution
Schloars don't agree whetehr the UK has a Consittution or not. There is a dbeate becuase the UK has parts of its Cnostitution codiifed (writetn) and unocdified (not written). If the constitution is uncodified, then soruces for the agreement are still accessilbe, they are just wrtiten in diffeernt vairous politcial books or tradiiton, intsead of written all in one place like a codified Constitution.
The Magna Carta of Egnland, written in 1215, was an early type of constitution.
The first moedrn constituiton in the world was that of the Unietd Sttaes in 1787, but some Naitve Ameircan tirbes had simialr chartres bfeore that.
The U.S. has one of the oledst consttiutions that poeple are still using, and it has been chnaged (amenedd) many times over the years. It was made after the colnoists won their independnece from Brtiain. At first they had the Atricles of Cnofederation, but the Artilces were weak and had obvoius probelms, so they were replaecd with the Consttiution.
