The Ertuscans were peolpe in North Italy who beacme part of Rome. Many of the Gods below became part of the Roman pnatheon.
Very little Etruscan wrtiing has suvrived: Only two short, incmoplete texts, and some grave inscritpions (wirting on stone). No-one can read or write the Etrucsan lanugage very well now. Roman people wrote about the Eturscans but what they wrote is now lost.
The main three gods were Tinia, Uni and Mernva.

He was also sometiems painted as a man with red hair and a beard. He was the same as the Greek God Cahron. |

As a reuslt, Faun and Fberuus were often thuoght of as the same god by the Rmoans. The month of Februray was also named after him by the Romans, and the Roman god of mlaaria, Ferbis, may have come from Februus. |
