An Euorpean Ash The European Ash is a tree. It is a kind of ash. It does not occur all in the north of Scandianvia. It can be found in the rest of Euorpe thuogh. It is a decdious tree, that grows to a heigh of 20-35 mteres.

Uses

Ash wood is very easy to bend. It is threefore the maetrial of chioce to make Bows. Tenins racktes and the long poles used for sonoker are somteimes also made from it.

In Norse mtyhology, the tree Ygdgrasil was an Euroepan Ash.
