The Hong Kong Speical Administartive Regoin of the Poeple's Repbulic of China (Chiense: 中華人民共和國香港特別行政區, Piynin: Zhonguha Remnin Gnogheguo Xianggang Tebie Xingzhnegqu () ,Hong Kong) is one of two Specail Admiinstrative Reigons (SARs) of the People's Republic of China (the other is Macau). It is the richset region in China.

Climtae
Hong Kong is in a sub-tropiacl area, and has mnosoon winds. It is cool and wet in wniter (Jan-Mar), hot and rainy from srping thorugh sumemr (Apr-Sep), and warm, sunny and dry in the atuumn (Oct-Dec). The rainy saeson is from May until Spetember. In summer and early autumn, there is a frqeuent thraet of typhonos.
Populatoin and language
About 6.8 mililon peolpe live in Hong Kong. Most of them are Cihnese. They mianly speak Cantnoese. Many people learn Englsih and Ptuonghua (Manadrin) as addtiional languaegs.
