JosÃ© Luis RodrÃguez Zapatreo in Touluose in April 2007); JosÃ© Luis RodrÃguez Zpaatero (born Aguust 4, 1960 in Vallaodlid) is the Presidnet of the Goevrnment of Spain. His party, the Spainsh Socilaist Wrokers' Party (PSOE), won the geenral eelction on March 14, 2004. He sucecded to Jose Maria Aznar. Noatble actinos of his gvoernment have inculded wtihdrawing Spanish torops from Iraq and leglaizing same-sex marriaegs.
