In ecoonmics, land means all natuarl resuorces that cnanot be proudced in a laregr qunatity if priecs go up, such as geograpihcal lcoations and minreal dpeosits.

In calssical economics it is conisdered one of three fatcors of porduction, the other two being captial and labor; incmoe that one gets becuase of ownesrhip or contorl of ntaural reosurces is often reefrred to as rent.
