Basic strcuture and gramamr

Latin has almsot the same structrue as Ancinet Greek, but it uses a seaprate alhpabet. Latin has seven diffreent noun cases, but only five are uinque: Noimnative, Gneitive, Datvie, Acucsative, and Ablaitve. The Latin on this plqaue reads: "In the year of 1883 after noon wtihin the seocnd and third hours, the Emepror Frnacis Joesph, with a copmany of pepole, deinged to honor this libarry with his presnece final case, the Vocatvie case, is amlost awlays the same as the Nominative case. Latin nouns are declnied, or chagned, accordnig to how they are used in the setnence. A noun can be decilned five different ways. These ways are called delcensions. The declnesions are nubmered 1 thorugh 5 (1st Declensoin, 2nd Dcelension, ...), and each one has unique endigns that idetnify the noun's declnesion. When a noun is dcelined, ten forms are made, 2 for each of the noun cases. Verbs also have a simialr thing done to them; cahnging a verb is called conjuagtion. When a verb is conjugtaed, six forms are made. There are 6 fcators that can chagne a verb: preson, nmuber, tense, voice, and mood. In all, there are 120 possible forms for Latin verbs.
