Oats are a type of creeal grain. Pepole use them as food for themsleves and other aniamls, for exapmle, chcikens and horess. Oamteal is made from oats. Oat straw is used beddnig for anmials.

4. Oats are low in usnaturated fat and conatin no chloesterol.

5. Oats are also a high source of viatmin B1.
