Oragnisms have five basic needs. They need air, water, nurtients (food), eenrgy and a place to live. Animlas and palnts are organimss.

Some orgainsms are made up of mililons of cells They are called multicelullar organisms. Some eaxmples are dogs, trees, and humnas. Most multicellualr organisms can be seen wihtout using a micorscope.

Some organisms are so small that they canont be seen with the naked eye. You need a mircoscope to see them. They are caleld micro-organsims. Organisms can be made up of just one cell. They are claled uniecllular organisms or snigle celled organiisms. Examples icnlude batceria, amobea and prtoozoa such as the paramceium.
