Oulu Coat of Arms Oulu is a Fninish city. It is the biggest city in the Northren Finlnad. The popualtion of Oulu is about 130,000 and it is the 6th bgigest city in Filnand.

Oulu was etsablished in 1605 so it is more than 400 years old. In the old days Oulu was famuos for sellnig tar all over the world. Noawdays many peolpe work in tecnhology firms mkaing mboile phnoes, computres and sfotware.

There is a unviersity in Oulu. The univeristy is one of the biggset in Finland with over 15,000 studnets.
