He sees these virtues as a way of aoviding iedology or "absloute-soundnig ethic". More vitrues will lead to less conflcit. None of them can be focred on anynoe.

Some other virtues have also been suggetsed: hmuour, empahty, intiiative and . "Being brief" or "being psoitive" are sometmies cliamed also to be virtues, but just as many people think they are bad things that only help avoid truth or seriuos prolbems.
