Ployhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) is a polmyer that is made by batceria. It can break down nautrally (it is bioedgradable). Even tohugh it is not a plasitc, it has the same qualtiies of plsatic. Some PHAs share proeprties with polypropyelne, a plastic used to make ropes and packaigng. Ohters are simliar to rbuber.
