Polynusaturated fats are fats that are usually found in items like vegeatble oils. Such items are typcially found to be liuqid at room tmeperature.

Poylunsaturated fats are claled as oragnic compoudns. Its molecuels contians more than one duoble bonds. The pceuliar strutcure reduecs the strnegth of the focres bewteen moleclues. This casues the items to have a lower metling point. This is why the items are usulaly liqiud at room temperature.
