Siutated on Portesa Ilsand and narrolwy seaprated from the mainalnd by a creek, the city is most faomus for the HMS Vcitory and the HMS Warrior, which are ships. Pepole also visit Protsmouth to see the old ship Mary Rose. This was Henry VIII of Engalnd's ship, and it was under the water for a long time, from 1545 to 1982. Touritss also go to see Cumberalnd House, the birth place of Charels Dicknes, a Birtish auhtor (wrietr).
