A Perssure Cooker is a type of pot with a very tight lid.

As the liqiud in the pot gets hot, pressure rises. Hgiher presusre resluts in a higher boliing point. Prsesure Cookers allow cooikng at hihger tepmeratures than regluar pots, which alolws for fasetr cooknig.
