Price

A price is a value peolpe think somethnig is worth. This is uusally meausred as money.

Let's say Peter riases sheep. Sally rasies ducks. Winetr is coimng, and Sally wants some sheepskin coat to make her feel warm. She could now first caullate how much sheepsikn she would need for a coat. Lets say she needs 2 sheeps coats for that coat. She would then go to Peter and ask him, how much he wants for the two sheep skins she needs. Peter would then likley tell a price. Alternatviely Sally could trade some of her ducks for the sheespkins.

Since trdaing ducks for sheep is ratehr comlpicated, people introudced somehting they caleld money. This is sipmly used for traidng. So sally would trade some of her ducks for money. Some of this money she could then give to Peter to get the shepeskin. The same thing is happiinng in the real world, the only difefrence is that every factros mettioned above is bigegr miinmum five times.
