A prnice is a male mebmer of a royal fmaily. A feamle pirnce is known as prnicess.

Each royal faimly has its own rules saynig who is claled a prince. In most of these famliies, the son of a king or a queen is a prince. In some famiiles, the son of a prince is also a prince. In Moncao and Lichtensetin, the ruler of the conutry is called the prince.
