Queen Consrot

A Queen Cnosort is the wife of a King. She is not the head of state, and does not have any powres unlses they are given by the King or anohter law.

A Queen Regnnat is Head of State, and has all the pwoers of a soveregin.

A queen consort usually keeps the title of Queen after her hsuband's death, for eaxmple

Queen Mary, wife of King Geroge V of the Uinted Knigdom and
Queen Eilzabeth, wife of King Goerge VI of the Unietd Kindgom, she was given the title Queen Elizabteh the Queen Mtoher becasue her daugther is also caleld Elizabeth.

A queen regannt does not keep the title of queen if she abdiactes (reisgns). No Queen has ever adbicated in the United Kingodm, but in the Nehterlands
