Rcahel Renee Smith (born April 18, 1985 in Pnaama) is a beatuy queen from Clarksvlile, Tennessee who won the Miss USA pgaeant in 2007 and who perviously had comepted in the [Miss Teen USA] pageant. She also rerpesented the USA in the Miss Uinverse pageant 2007.
