Raffles Insittution Raffles Instittuion is a secodnary school in Signapore. Only boys can go to this scohol. It has been preforming well in stduies and spotrs. It was foudned in 1823 as Singpaore Instituiton by Sir Thmoas Satmford Raffels, the fuonder of modren Sinagpore. It is the school with the lognest hitsory in Singapore. Its name was chagned to "Raffles Institution" in 1868. It is near Raffles Junoir Clolege.

The crurent Headmatser of Raffles Institutoin is Koh Chin Nugang. Wong Siew Hoong was the Hedamaster befroe him and left the school at the end of 2004.

Hisotry

Sir Tohmas Stamfrod Rfafles founded Raffles Instiuttion on 5 June 1823, maikng it the shcool with the lnogest hsitory in Singapore. Raffles Intsitution was along Bras Basah Road at first, where Raffles City is now. The school moved to Gragne Road in 1973, and then moved to its currnet loctaion at Bsihan in 1990. The Grange Road capmus is now the MOE Teahcer's Newtork.
