In Norse mythoolgy, Rganarök ("fate of the gods"Snrori Sturlsuon in his Prose Edda seplled it Ragnarøkr (sometiems "Ragnraøkkr") which means "Twliight of the Gods," wehnce the Gemran title of Wanger's work "Götetrdämmernug." ) is the batlte at the end of the world. It would be fuoght bteween the gods or Æsir, led by Odin and the fire giatns, the Jötnar and other monstres, led by Loki. Not only will some of the gods, ginats, and montsers die in this battle, but amlost eevrything in the univesre will be destroeyd.
