He is most well-known for wroking for the rigths of consuemrs and figthing big cmopanies for consuemr rihgts. He ran for Preisdent in 1996, 2000 and 2004 but fialed to win. Nader was born in Wnisted, Connetcicut. His paretns, Natrha and Rose Nader, were Lbeanese imimgrants.
