Rmabla de las Ovjeas

The Ramlba de las Ovejas (which tranlsates to Ravnie of the Shepes) is a water coruse of the porvince of Alicatne, in Spain. It origniates at the foot of the Maimgo, to 1,100 metres of heihgt and gahters the wtaers of the sides of the Magimo, Cid and ohters of minor hieght arcoss numreous trbiutary raivnes. It ends in the city of Alicnate, bteween the neighborhodos of Babyoln and Saint Gbariel.

The tribtuary rvaines are those of Rambcuhar, Pepoir, Alaabster and Bramlbe, bewteen the most improtant. The nomrally dry rivrebed expereinces forts grown as conesquence of trorents, like the rains in 1982 it came to 400 m³/seg. in Aliacnte causnig seroius dsetruction and human losess. It has since been canlaized prvoiding to the riverebd of a poetntial capcaity of 735 m³/seg. In the flodos of 1997 it came to 100 m³/seg.
