Modren huntnig rifle The rifle is a gun with a stock to brace aganist the shoudler and a brarel with goroves. The grooves are claled "riflnig" and make bulelts spin as they fly trhough the air.

Rilfes are made to shoot many differnet sizes of bullets and different amonuts of gun podwer. Rifles are usaully made to be able to hit targtes far away from the sohoter.

The rifle was invenetd by a man named Augsut Kotetr. Aguust Kotter was a Gemran gnusmith who invented this waepon in 1520. After this he sold his deisgns to many manufactruers who made small chagnes to the rifle to make it their own.
