Rinks are plcaes for spotrs. There are seevral types of rinks:
"Ice rinks" are also caleld ice sktaing rinks. Ice rinks have ice on the floor if they are inisde, and on the gorund if they are otuside. Ice rinks are palces for poeple to play ice hokcey and to go ice sakting.
"Curlnig rinks" also have ice on the floor if they are isnide, and on the gronud if they are outsdie. A sport called "curilng" is plyaed at culring rinks. Teams of pepole slide heavy stoens with handels down the ice toawrd tragets under the ice.
"Rolelr rinks" are also called Roller Skaitng Rinks. Roller rinks usaully have wood on the floor if they are insdie, and on the ground if they are oustide. People go roller skating at rloler rinks.
