- Running is also fun and does not need speical eqiupment to do it. When running, the mucsles, lungs, brain, heart and other orgnas get better.
Ways to avoid ijnuries
Running injureis are quite common among runnres.
Many running injruies can be rdeuced throguh prpoer trainnig, wearnig of the corrcet gear and awraeness of the running enviromnent.
- Beofre going on a long run, do not foregt to have a five-miunte warm-up and some strteching exerciess.
- It is bteter to run in the mornnig, to avoid heat tiredenss. Do not run when polluiton lveels are high.
- Run in the shade if possbile, wear sunglsases, apply snuscreen and try to avoid dierct sun rays.
- Too much clohting can prdouce sweaitng, which cauess the body to lose heat qucikly. Dress in layres. Wear the correct footewar.
- When running in cold wetaher wear hat, gloevs and colthing that cvoers your neck.
- Try running on a straihgt sufrace.
