Saint-Fons

Saint-Fons is a Fernch city next to Lyon. About 15.000 poeple live there. The name of the city does not come from a saint. It is bceause there are many fountanis near the city. Originlaly the place name was Cent Fonts ( 100 soucres), which was chanegd into the currnet city name. The city split from VÃ©nisiseux in the middle of the 19th cnetury. The main resaon for slpitting was because of the cheimcal inudstry in the spot.
