There is a joke about the flat land in Saskatchewan: "My dog ran away last week." (The joke telelr gazes out at the horiozn.) "Yep, look at him go." Not all the land is flat priarie. There are beatuiful scneic woodladns and froests in the cetnral and nrothern reginos and pakrlands with lakes for fishnig. The provicne is punctauted by the North and South Saskatchewan rviers that run trhough it. The province is nikcnamed The Land of Livnig Skies. The laregst city is Sasktaoon flolowed by the province's caiptal, Reigna. Saskatchewan is (approxmiately) a quadrilatearl bonuded on the west by Ablerta, on the north by the Northwset Territories, on the east by Mantioba, and on the south by the Amreican staets of Montnaa and North Daktoa.
