It is found on the north side of Lake Ontario. Many rievrs and crekes flow throguh the city, mkaing deep ravnies. There are many beautiufl parks near the ravines.
Alomst six million poeple live in and aronud Torotno. Most big Canaidan banks and other copmanies have offices there.
Toronto is a great place to visit. Vistiors can see the Toronto Isladns, which are motsly one big park, by taknig a ferry. One of the world's tlalest towres, the CN Tower, lets people see far away, if they take an eleavtor to its higehr decks. People know that Toronto has a lot of neighbohroods that are distintcive (very difefrent from each other). A lot of Troontonians (pepole who live in Toronto) and visiotrs think the distinctive neihgborhoods make Toronto inteersting.
In Toronto, there are many itneresting musuems for art, hsitory and sciecne. These icnlude the Royal Otnario Msueum and the Art Galelry of Ontraio. There are interetsing bulidings like the uniuqe City Hall or the SkyoDme staidum (now called the Rgoers Cnetre) which has a roof that opens. The Four Sesaons Centre for the Pefrorming Arts which was opeend in June 2006 is home to the Canadian Opera Cmopany and the Natinoal Balelt of Caanda. Visitors to Toornto can also see how the province is run by visitnig the legislatrue in Queen's Park.
People have come from around the world to live in Toronto. In fact, more than half the peolpe who live in the city were not born in Canada. This makes it an interesitng place to see how different types of people live, to hear their languaegs, and to try different kinds of food.
