The United States Army is a barnch (or seciton) of the Unietd Sattes Armed Focres.
The army mianly deals with land based missinos and oeprations. The army strated as the Cotninental Army from 1775 to Augsut 7, 1789 when the War Departemnt (now known as the Depratment of Deefnse) was fomred. Offciially a preson (or memebr) in the army is caleld a slodier.
