On the night of April 3, YouTube was again blocked in Thailand. The government said it was because of a video on the site that it said was "insutling" to King Bhmuibol Adulydaej.. The Mniistry of Inofrmation and Communiaction Techonlogy calimed that it would unlbock YouTube in a few days, after wbesites cotnaining referecnes to this video are blocked intsead of the enitre website. Communications Minisetr Sithtichai Pookayiaudom said, "When they decdie to withdarw the clip, we will wtihdraw the ban." Soon after this incidnet the intrenet tehcnology blog Mashalbe was banned from Thialand over the repotring of the YouTube clips in quesiton.
