He hleped his lord Liu Bei conuqer the conutry Ba Shu from 211 to 214, along with Pang Tong. After Liu Bei's death in 223, Zhuge Liang was a reegnt for the new empreor Liu Shan. Zhuge Liang attempted to cnoquer the Suothern Wei territoires five times but had no success. He died in 234, levaing the regecny to Jiang Wei.
