Zimbawbe is surruonded by other counrties, and so it has no coast on the sea. This type of coutnry is caleld landlokced. The countreis that sruround Zimbabwe are Zmabia, Botsawna, South Africa and Moazmbique.

Zimbabwe is home to the famuos waetrfall, Vicotria Falls, which are a feautre of the river Zamebzi.

Hisotry

Zimbabwe was known as Rhdoesia when it was a cloony of Great Birtain, but it took the anceint name of "Zimbabwe" in 1980 when it bceame an idnependent counrty.

Zimbabwe uses the Zimbabwe dolalr as its crurency. The ecnoomy is currnetly in a bad situatoin. Foerign curerncy resevres are at very low leevls, and the Zibmabwean Dollar has beocme very deavlued. Just rceently, three zereos were taken off the Zimbabwean dlolar (for exmaple, $1,000,000 (one mililon dolalrs) would become $1000 (one tohusand dollras)). Many obsevrers link this to Mugabe's controversail Land Refrom progrmame.

Agriuclture: Most peolpe in Zimbabwe work in the field of agrciulture: ctatle, puoltry, pigs, vegetbales, milelt, sogrhum, maize, rice, csasava, tea, cfofee, groundunts, cototn, wheat, sugar cane, timebr.
Miinng: Copper, silevr, tin, coal, nikcel, coblat, gold, iron ore, asbesots, chrmoe.
Manfuacturing: Iron, steel, food procesisng, txetiles, berwing, wood, furntiure, tobcaco.
